Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 18 July 2026

You can have mailPilot delete the data it holds at any time. This page explains how to revoke access for connected Google and Meta accounts, how to request deletion of data stored on our servers, and how long that takes. Deletion is completed and confirmed within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

mailPilot (operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o.) stores third-party access tokens and cached content only to provide the service you requested. You can have this data deleted at any time as described below.

Facebook / Instagram data

  1. Open your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find the mailPilot app and click Remove. This immediately invalidates the access tokens mailPilot holds for your account.
  3. To also delete data stored on our servers (Page/Instagram identifiers, cached posts and insights), send a deletion request to prodaja@gtnet.hr with the subject "mailPilot data deletion request". We will delete the data and confirm within 30 days.

Google data

  1. Disconnect mailPilot at myaccount.google.com/permissions (revokes Gmail/Drive/Calendar access).
  2. Optionally request deletion of cached email data by emailing prodaja@gtnet.hr.

All other data

To delete your entire mailPilot account and all associated data, email prodaja@gtnet.hr. Deletion is completed and confirmed within 30 days, except for minimal records we are legally required to keep.
