Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms govern the use of mailPilot, a Gmail client with a mail archive operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o., Valturska 78/1, Pula, Croatia. They set out who may use the service, what the user is responsible for, the limits of our liability, and which law applies. Croatian law governs these terms and the competent court is in Pula.

1. Service

mailPilot is an AI-assisted productivity client operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o., Valturska 78/1, 52100 Pula, Croatia (OIB: 92134883875). It lets an authorized user manage email, files, calendar events, and social media content on accounts the user owns or administers, through the official APIs of the respective platforms (Google, Meta, and others).

2. Accounts and Access

Access to mailPilot is granted by INFO NETWORK d.o.o. to authorized users. The user connects third-party accounts (Google, Facebook Pages, Instagram, etc.) voluntarily via each platform's official OAuth flow and may disconnect them at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use mailPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of the connected platforms (including the Meta Platform Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy). The user must not use the service to send spam, publish unlawful content, or access accounts they do not control.

4. AI Features

mailPilot offers AI-assisted features (summaries, drafts, content suggestions). AI output may contain errors; the user is responsible for reviewing content before sending or publishing it.

5. Availability and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFO NETWORK d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR compliance page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Pula.
