mailPilot is a Gmail client and mail archive operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o. in Pula, Croatia. This policy explains what data we access from your connected accounts, why we process it, where it is stored, and how to revoke access. In short: your mail is processed only to provide the features you ask for, it is never sold, and it is never used to train models.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how mailPilot (operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o.) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. mailPilot is an AI-assisted productivity client that connects, at the user's explicit request, to third-party services such as Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram) to help the user manage email and publish content.

What data does mailPilot collect?

Account data — name and email address of the signed-in user (via Google OAuth).
Email and calendar data — messages, attachments, and events of the connected Google account, processed solely to provide the mail-client functionality the user requests.
Social media data — Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, access tokens, published posts, comments, and aggregate insights, accessed through the official Meta Graph API solely to create and manage content on Pages the user administers and has explicitly connected.
Technical data — server logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How is your data used?

To provide the requested functionality (reading and sending email, publishing and moderating social media posts, managing files and events).
AI features (e.g. summaries, drafts) process content only when the user invokes them.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers (Google, Meta, AI model providers) strictly required to deliver the requested feature.

Where is your data stored?

Data is stored on servers operated by INFO NETWORK d.o.o. in the European Union. Access tokens are stored encrypted. All data is transferred over TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel.

How long is your data kept?

Personal data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Disconnecting an integration deletes the associated access tokens; see the Data Deletion page.

What rights do you have?

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. See our GDPR compliance page. To exercise any right, contact prodaja@gtnet.hr; we answer within 30 days. Access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect an integration, and archived mail is kept for as long as your subscription is active.
